Terms of Service
The rules for using WrapAlly.
Please read these terms carefully before using WrapAlly.
Effective date: July 22, 2026Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account or using WrapAlly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- WrapAlly is intended for use by vehicle wrap installers, wrap businesses, and related professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
Pricing
- WrapAlly is free to use. There is no subscription, trial period, or recurring charge for access to the platform.
- Certain optional services carry their own charges: leads purchased through the Get Leads marketplace are billed per lead under the terms shown in the Get Leads section of the app, and payments you collect from your own customers via Stripe are subject to the payment-processing terms below.
Payment Processing and Platform Fees
- WrapAlly offers optional payment collection features powered by Stripe Connect. By enabling Stripe payments in your settings, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's Terms of Service.
- When you use WrapAlly's payment collection feature to charge your customers, WrapAlly may charge a platform fee on each transaction processed through the platform. The current platform fee is shown in the app, and any change will be disclosed before it takes effect. Any platform fee is in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees.
- The platform fee is automatically deducted from the payment before funds are transferred to your connected Stripe account. It is not charged to your customers — it is deducted from the amount you receive.
- WrapAlly is not a payment processor. All payment processing, fund transfers, and bank verification are handled by Stripe. WrapAlly is not responsible for payment failures, chargebacks, or disputes.
Your Data and Content
- You retain ownership of all leads, customer data, documents, and content you upload to WrapAlly.
- You grant WrapAlly a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring you have the right to upload and use it within WrapAlly.
- You are responsible for your own customers' personal information that you handle through WrapAlly. You represent that you have any consents and legal rights required to collect, upload, and process that information, and to allow WrapAlly and its service providers to process it to provide the service (including AI image previews, email, storage, and payment features).
- You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use WrapAlly to send spam, harass customers, or violate any applicable laws.
- You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or create competing products based on WrapAlly.
- You agree not to share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your organization.
- WrapAlly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Integrations
- WrapAlly uses and integrates with third-party services to provide its features, including Gmail and DocuSign (connected by you), Stripe (payments), a third-party AI provider (image previews), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Resend (email), cloud storage and hosting providers, a lead-routing/CRM provider (for certain funnels), Meta and Google (advertising and conversion measurement), and a sample catalog and checkout provider. Use of these services is subject to the respective third parties' terms.
- WrapAlly is not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services.
- You can disconnect the integrations you connect (such as Gmail and DocuSign) at any time from your Settings page.
Limitation of Liability
- WrapAlly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrapAlly's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to WrapAlly in the 12 months preceding the claim.
